My guest house is located close to the town centre of Szentendre and the river Danube, still at a silent and calm place. It is easy to reach the old town, the Danube-prom and the bicycle path on foot. It takes a two minutes walk to get to the public transport and six minutes by car to reach the thermal spa of Leányfalu and Visegrád is twenty-five minutes away by car.

Szentendre is picturesque little town on the banks of the Danube 15 km away from Budapest. It is one of the most popular tourist destination of Hungary, pearl of the Danube-curve and town of artists with its beautiful old town, colourful , baroque style houses, Serbian churches, atmospheric, narrow alleys and its main square.

Szöcske Apartment is a private accommodation. It is a detached house suitable for two persons. Its brand new, modern equipment meets almost all the demands. An air-conditioned studio apartment is formed in the house with a coffee balcony and a cosy terrace for relaxing. It is possible to grill or cook in the cultivated, atmospheric garden as required. Bicycles are available for my guests free of charge (bicycle path is within 200 m). Parking is free in the closed yard. Washing machine can be found in the ground level bathroom.

Countless program opportunities are awaiting the visitors, everyone can pick amongst them according to their interest. Including but not limited to the cultural programmes, festivals, hiking opportunities, visiting the historic castle, water sports, bathing and swimming. I have compiled a number of tour plans that might be helpful when choosing the destinations. Pick some from them and have a pleasant stay.
